About the Real Heroes

If there is one thing I’ve learned working in ecommerce, is that we are all learning this as we go. And with every update and tech evolution, we are re-learning as we go as well.

But one thing remains the same: how consumers think and how they process information. Maybe we find hacks in tech and automation, but there are no hacks to customer psychology.

So instead of chanting the latest marketing mantra, we are going to look at ecommerce through the perspective of the customers… the real heroes of ecommerce.

But don’t worry, this is not the marketing psyche ward, and we will, of course, nerd out on some of the technical things that keep our machines running..
